Urban Assistant provides an initial free one-hour consultation to work out which services best suit your needs and budget.

Each service is unique to each client, and we will provide a cost of how many hours it will take to complete your project.

We charge a basic hourly rate.
This is charged in 15 minute blocks – so you only pay for the time you use, plus any costs incurred for incidentals e.g. photocopies, supplies.

Payment is due upon receipt of service.

We accept cash, cheque and PayPal.
